Cancellations: All goods ordered by you are specificially manufactured for you per order. Orders move from entry to production within 48-72 hours. After an order has moved to the production phase we are unable to change or cancel orders.

Payments: We accept Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover

Returns: We create one of a kind custom creations and, as a result all sales are final. We will accept returns on anything with manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the product. We do not cover abuse, neglect or sizing issues.

What kind of boots do we use? We proudly use Been Blinged brand, Cloud Nine and Bearpaw brand for our suede upper version & Been blinged brand for our sheepskin upper boots. Unless otherwise requested - all personalizations will be on the opposite side of the boots as the team logo. Please note that our "Been Blinged" logo will be placed on the heel of all boots unless otherwise noted. Color of thread, stitching, and crystals may vary from pair to pair.
